You should make arrangements to have the electricity (Versant Power) Home – Versant Power changed into your name on the first day of occupancy (typically the 1st of the month).

Rent is due on the first (1st) of every month.

Upon signing your lease, you will sign an ACH Recurring Payment Authorization Form, to have your rent automatically drafted on the 1st of each month. If the funds are not available, a $65 charge will be applied.

ACH fees will be applied if we are not able to receive your automatic payment. Your bank may charge you a fee, as well as the $65 fee Stone Park Properties will charge. If your rent is not paid in full by the 5th of the month a $75 late fee will be charged.

Contact Stone Park Properties either by phone (207) 479-5781 or by email [email protected] within 60 days of lease termination, with your lease renewal request. Follow-up 30 days prior to your lease termination date.

Once you have vacated the rental unit and a final inspection of the property has been completed by Stone Park Properties, per the State of Maine, your security deposit (minus any damage fees) will be returned within 30 days after leaving the rental.

Snow removal and yard maintenance is included in the rental fee for: Jefferson Way (Jefferson Luxe), Ruger Way (Washington Luxe). For all other Stone Park Properties, the tenant is responsible for snow removal and yard maintenance.

If your vehicle was towed, for any reason, please contact the non-Emergent number for Ellsworth Police Department. 207-667-2168.

Our standard policy is as follows: No more than 2 pets (whether it is 2 dogs, 2 cats, or 1 cat & 1 dog) may reside in one rental unit. The size of either animal cannot exceed the size of a full-grown Labrador Retriever. Each tenant who wishes to keep a pet, must pay a $300 (non-refundable) pet fee per animal (2 pets = $600); payable at the time of lease signing or when the pet is added to the household. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, whether it is inside or outside. Tenants are responsible for ensuring that pet odors are kept to a minimum and are not intrusive to neighboring units.
