How do I schedule an appointment to view an available rental?

Is Renter’s insurance required when renting from Stone Park Properties?
It is not required, but it is recommended.
When should I change the utilities over into my name?
You should make arrangements to have the electricity (Versant Power) Home – Versant Power changed into your name on the first day of occupancy (typically the 1st of the month).
When is the rent due?
Rent is due on the first (1st) of every month.
How do I pay the rent?
Upon signing your lease, you will sign an ACH Recurring Payment Authorization Form, to have your rent automatically drafted on the 1st of each month. If the funds are not available, a $65 charge will be applied.
What happens if I pay my rent late?
ACH fees will be applied if we are not able to receive your automatic payment. Your bank may charge you a fee, as well as the $65 fee Stone Park Properties will charge. If your rent is not paid in full by the 5th of the month a $75 late fee will be charged.
How do I report a problem?
If there is a “serious problem” such as: plumbing leak, please call 207-479-5781. If there is a “minor problem” (non-urgent), please email [email protected] In the subject line type “Property Manager – Minor Problem”.

What if I get locked out of my apartment?
If you get locked out, please call 207-479-5781.
My Lease is expiring, what should I do?
Contact Stone Park Properties either by phone (207) 479-5781 or by email [email protected] within 60 days of lease termination, with your lease renewal request. Follow-up 30 days prior to your lease termination date.
What do I do if I want to move from my rental, at the end of my lease or if I need to terminate my lease early?
Please fill out and submit the “30 Day Notice from Tenant to Leave Rental Unit”.
If I need to break my lease, what is the procedure?
Please fill out and submit the “30 Day Notice from Tenant to Leave Rental Unit”. It is best to execute as soon as possible, as your lease terms may require you to be responsible for remaining rent.
I have moved out of my rental unit, when can I expect my security deposit to be refunded?
Once you have vacated the rental unit and a final inspection of the property has been completed by Stone Park Properties, per the State of Maine, your security deposit (minus any damage fees) will be returned within 30 days after leaving the rental.
Is snow removal and yard maintenance included in my rent?
Snow removal and yard maintenance is included in the rental fee for: Jefferson Way (Jefferson Luxe), Ruger Way (Washington Luxe). For all other Stone Park Properties, the tenant is responsible for snow removal and yard maintenance.
My vehicle was towed from the parking lot, how do I get it back?
If your vehicle was towed, for any reason, please contact the non-Emergent number for Ellsworth Police Department. 207-667-2168.
What is the Pet Policy?
Our standard policy is as follows: No more than 2 pets (whether it is 2 dogs, 2 cats, or 1 cat & 1 dog) may reside in one rental unit. The size of either animal cannot exceed the size of a full-grown Labrador Retriever. Each tenant who wishes to keep a pet, must pay a $300 (non-refundable) pet fee per animal (2 pets = $600); payable at the time of lease signing or when the pet is added to the household. Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, whether it is inside or outside. Tenants are responsible for ensuring that pet odors are kept to a minimum and are not intrusive to neighboring units.
