Our Mission at Stone Park Properties, LLC is to create premiere residences in Ellsworth, Maine and surrounding areas. Designing and constructing upscale attractive town homes that are ecologically sound, energy efficient, low maintenance, and esthetically pleasing. Our town home interiors feature professionally conceived designs; select units with custom furnishings.
OUR STORY
Jonathan Bates is CEO, developer, landlord and just about everything else behind Stone Park Properties LLC.
Bates grew up in Dedham, Maine and fell in love with building in high school. He planned to continue, but put those thoughts on hold to get a bachelor’s degree in business and sports management at Husson University. After college, Bates spent time in Colorado, where he saw developers doing things a bit differently than was typical in Maine. He realized there was a great opportunity for a builder to specify, so around 2006, Bates returned to the Dedham area and started a roofing company. The company, Bates Roofing, grew fast and expanded quickly, taking on large commercial jobs around New England. The roofing business was successful and allowed him to think bigger, and in 2012 he closed Bates Roofing to focus on developing.
Stone Park Properties now has 23 units under its belt, not including Washington LUXE, once completed the total units will be 47.
