Duties include: Clean and turn-over residential apartments and suites. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, washing and sanitizing all surfaces, to include kitchen appliances and sinks, bathroom sinks, toilets, showers and tubs, all bedroom and living area furniture. Changing out linens for clean sheets, comforters, pillowcase, towels etc. Emptying waste cans and dispose of appropriately, and replenish supplies as needed. Report any faulty appliances or damages to appropriate department.

Experience in residential and commercial construction cleaning preferred by will train the right person. Attention to details is essential. Clean and presentable appearance. Ability to be friendly and courteous to guests.

Duties Include: Prepping, preparing and cooking breakfast burritos. Cleaning and maintaining kitchen to include all appliances, surfaces and utensils. Ordering and maintaining stock items.

Experience in a face paced kitchen environment. Ability and knowledge to organize, maintain par levels and ordering food and supplies.
